Adler believes Guns N’ Roses reunion difficult

Drummer Steven Adler, original Guns N Roses guitarist says that its looks difficult for the band to get reunite as the days passes on his former band mates Slash and Axl Rose refuse to talk to one another a little bit of the magic they created dies.

Drummer is currently touring with his solo band Adler’s Appetite, were of the view that he wants and wishes that band get reunite as soon as possible.

Speaking to Robert Collins of the Jewish Chronicle Adler said:

“Why do you think we were so successful?

“It was because it was the five of us. We had something special. We had a bond. No matter how much bullshit there’s been all these years, there’s one thing that Axl and his lawyers can never take away, and that’s that we were five brothers who achieved the goals we had since before we were teenagers. And what do brothers do best?

“They fight with each other. I don’t hate them now. My wounds are healed. It’s a shame that Axl and Slash won’t talk. Every day they don’t talk is a day that magic isn’t being created. Even if we just did one tour, one record, one song together, the gods want to hear it.

“There’s all the love I receive around the world. I have heard Appetite For Destruction is the soundtrack to my life’ in so many languages. And there’s the money we could make.

“The whole thing could make billions of dollars. All we have to do is get on stage with each other for 90 minutes. And I want to finish what I started. Thank God for putting these jackasses in my life.”

“When I’m on stage playing with my new band it totally reminds me of back in the day playing clubs on Sunset Strip. And the new songs go over just as great as the GN’R songs. Every night we think, ‘God help whoever has to open up for us.’ We don’t care if we play for two or 2,000 or 200,000 people, you’re going to get the same thing.”

Original GNR to reunite for 2012 shows?

A well-renowned sports blog based in Indianapolis (where the wonderful basin will take place, as well as being the homeland of both Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin from the band) claims that legislature from NFL (who organize the Bowl) established that the discussions were happening, as part of plans to "make a splash" subsequent underwhelming live performances in current years (including Black Eyed Peas' recent appearance at the half time show).

The halftime show of the Super Bowl gained a standing for ever more stunning shows around the turn of the decade until 2004 when Justin Timberlake unsheathed Janet Jackson's right teat and producers became more careful.

The website concludes: "Talks are still in the very early stages, and it may turn into nothing, but it’s good to know that at least someone is thinking clearly at the NFL."

This all logically raises further conjecture as to whether this event would be the forerunner to a bigger plan, connecting a world tour and fair headline slots. Axl Rose and Slash have both separately confirmed that they have been offered "hundreds of millions" by advocates to reunite for such shows formerly.

Slash May Reunite With GN'R...

It has been rumored that Slash would be joining Guns N Roses sometime in the future but current Guns N Roses guitarist DJ Ashba spoke to an Australian Radio Station about the rumor.

He stated the rumours were false and that "I know Axl really, really well, and he basically said that would be a cold day in hell."

Though Slash hasn't closed the way to get reunite with the band, but isn't holding his breath in a recent interview.

"When Guns N’ Roses got really big, we went from supporting Aerosmith to headlining stadiums on our own, so once it happened, it happened really fast. But looking back, the struggle up was the best time. There’s just that hunger, and I enjoyed that. That sweaty, real intimate feel when just a select group of people love your band, and you’re building and touring. That’s rock and roll. I mean, when you get to the big-time, that’s great, but the scrappy climb to get to the top, that’s the part I still appreciate. We had such a good time, even if we didn’t know it at the time." The guitarist tells DailyNews.com.

When asked "What if Axl Rose called your cell tomorrow morning and apologized for everything and promised to do whatever it takes to make a reunion work?" he replied "If that really happened, I would have to clean out my junk drawer, too, but I don't see it happening. But if it did happen, I would do whatever it takes to at least have a conversation about it."
